Perfect Split Line
Correct and smooth split line have key importance for high effective teeth moulds. Correct and smooth split line allows operators to take teeth from mould easily.

 

Removing faults on tooth surface
One of our customers requested from us to make a posterior mould. However there were no master teeth for this design. Current mould has been damaged and teeth came from this mould with a lot of problem. Let's see below the correction operation for this very extreme case.
Corrected Neck Edge

One of the most difficult correction operations is neck edge study. If tooth model is coming from an old mould, neck area has variable and irregular radius. As shown below, neck edge is corrected by using a special method.
High Quality Scanning
We are using custom made laser scanning system. Apart from other scanning machines, our custom made laser scanning machine does not loose the details of master tooth surface.

Dentine and neck layers are designed on the computer according to our customers' directions. By this way, the faults that may occur during preparing hand-made layers are eliminated
Thinner Cutting Edge

If master model tooth's cutting edge is thicker then desired thickness, we thin only cutting edge while keeping the rest of tooth area at the same thickness.

    Our milling machine is constructed without any overhangs in the XYZ axes, thereby delivering high accuracy over the full range of axis travel. All axes feature slideways with excellent vibration absorption to provide superior machined surface quality

  • Thermal Guard
  • The Thermal Guard covers the entire machine to keep out ambient air so as to minimize machine attitude changes caused by the effects of the shop temperature. Insulation: The column and bed are covered with insulation to suppress changes in the machine attitude due to the effects of the shop temperature.

    Tool measuring device
    • Laser tool measuring device allow us to change tools with 0.0002 mm precision.
Toolholder      
0.001 mm run out allows us to work with down to 0.2 mm diameter tools without brake.

    Thanks to vibration absorbing property of patented toolholder. The result of vibration absorbing property is cost reduction on tool expense and enhanced surface quality.

 
Cutting Tools   Material  
    Thanks to high-end technology cutting tools enables us to cut hardened steel with down to 0.2 mm diameter tools. Patented special coating allows working longer time.

We are using patented advanced version of DIN1.2083 quality steel which allow mirror quality surface polishing.
