Special cartridge system feeds waxed plates to the system
automatically. Conditioning the wax for mounting.
The machine has a cartridge system. You load the plastic plates to a special area. You get printed and waxed plates.
Our newly developed machine makes the waxing automatically. The wax melted in a storage area and drained to the plate automatically by positioning sensors.
The machine completes the printing & waxing of 1 plate within 2,5 seconds.
We know that a lot of time is lost during model name change, colour name change. Our perfectly designed cliches eliminated this problem. With centering pins within seconds you can change the cliches easily.
We implemented hot stamping technology to this machine. Plates comes to printing section automatically and as to the PLC system the brand name, model name and colour detail perfectly being printed to plates.
